Bad Bunny has been quietly dressing in Zara all year, and now the clothes have a name: Benito Antonio. On Wednesday (May 20), Billboard reported that the Puerto Rican star and the retailer are releasing a 150-piece collection inspired by his own style, which reaches Zara’s markets on May 21.
The line was made with his longtime creative director, Janthony Oliveras, and includes graphic tees, vibrant bottoms, oversized essentials, caps and textured pieces. “My role was to bring Benito’s style to life as it exists today, not last year’s, not next year’s. Right now,” Oliveras said in a press statement.

The visual identity came from Bad Bunny himself, working with the design studio M/M Paris. They drew on the details of everyday Puerto Rico: electric poles, street infrastructure, handmade textures. The campaign was shot on the island by his longtime video director and photographer, STILLZ, and the lead image shows him beside a sail stitched from patchwork shirts.

It matters because the collaboration had been rolled out in public, in pieces. Bad Bunny first teased it in February, when he wore a custom all-white outfit made with Zara for the Super Bowl LX halftime show, Billboard noted. Then came the Met Gala on May 4, where he aged himself with prosthetics from the special-effects artist Mike Marino, who also made the makeup for The Weeknd’s Dawn FM cover, per Complex.
The suit was the real tell. Hypebeast said he co-designed the all-black tuxedo with Zara, with an oversized bow that paid homage to Charles James’s 1947 “Bustle” gown, a piece in the Costume Institute’s permanent collection. The look answered the “Costume Art” exhibition’s Aging Body gallery, and he joked to reporters that the transformation took “53 years.”
Fans had read the clues early. Hypebeast reported that trademark filings for “Benito Antonio” covering clothing and leather goods were made in the U.S. on Dec. 10, 2025 and in Singapore on Jan. 26, and that a hieroglyphic-style “Benito Antonio” logo showed up on his makeup chair in Vogue’s behind-the-scenes video and inside his Met Gala blazer. The filings are owned by his legal name, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, not the retailer.
