Charli xcx wasn’t the only one pulling surprises at the Forum this weekend. During her opening set on Sunday night (Oct. 18) in Inglewood, California, underscores invited Jane Remover onstage to debut an unreleased collaboration, Pitchfork reports. The Kia Forum was the second of Charli’s two Los Angeles nights on her Music, Fashion, Film tour.
What the song is called depends on who you ask. Stereogum and Dork name it “Everything,” while Pitchfork says it is as yet untitled. Dork adds that no release date or further details have been announced, so the Forum clips are the only way to hear it for now. Pitchfork has the footage.

The two have history. They worked together on 2023’s “Uncanny long arms,” and Jane Remover turned up in the video for underscores’ “Tell Me (U Want It),” a single from her third album, U, which came out March 20 on Mom + Pop. In a June interview with Pitchfork, Jane Remover said underscores had offered to send them tracks before both left on tour but “she pulled a me,” as in forgot, and added that they didn’t hold it against her.
This is just karmic, you know? It’s fated.

Sunday was one of several cameo nights. On Saturday, Chappell Roan joined Charli for “Boom Clap,” its first outing on this tour, PinkPantheress sang “Stateside” and the Dare arrived for “Guess,” per Stereogum. Sunday’s set also had ADÉLA performing “Nicole Kidman.” The weekend before, at ACL, Charli had brought out Tinashe.
For underscores, the tour is a detour she chose. Stereogum reports she canceled her own planned shows to join it, and she has been opening it since its start in Philadelphia in September, where she and Charli performed “Do It” together. The run supports Charli’s Music, Fashion, Film album.
Jane Remover’s own latest is “Beauty Sleep,” a Sept. 23 single with a Brendon Burton-directed video in which they start as a glamorous alien in a laboratory tube and end up on a motorcycle at the beach, per Stereogum. Watch it below.
Fated or not, the song now has a first public performance. A release date is the missing piece.
