Doechii blew up her own Swamp Princess on Tuesday (Oct. 20). “CATWOMAN,” the second Swamp Sessions installment in eight days, ends with a Catwoman version of herself, bazooka on her shoulder, striding over the wreckage. Watch it below.

The setup, per Billboard: Doechii walks through the desert in baggy washed denim, a Tap Out waistband and a white sports bra. Then the explosion, and the Catwoman strides in with an Afro, black denim, heels and matching sunglasses. Shatter the Standards credits Doechii and Carlos Acosta as directors and read the end titles, which list “silicone body fabrication” and “3D scan and print,” so the blast appears to have been staged on a silicone double. The same piece compares the second Doechii to a Pam Grier heroine from Coffy or Foxy Brown.

The rapping is as direct as the picture. Billboard notes the “woo-hah” ad-lib as a nod to Busta Rhymes, and she name-drops Sean Connery before claiming some of 2Pac’s tenacity. HotNewHipHop hears beat switches and flow switches, and calls it a track with “an exceptionally gory visual.”

It follows “Bombs,” the first Swamp Sessions chapter of 2026, which arrived on Oct. 12 with a cave and a gun turret. The series is where she built toward 2024’s Alligator Bites Never Heal, and two chapters in eight days fits the big rollout Stereogum read into “Bombs.”

What comes next is her official debut album. Billboard says all eyes are on it, and it recaps the note she shared with “Bombs” about relearning hip-hop as a student. The report gives no title or release date. Earlier this year she and Lady Gaga cut “Runway,” which Billboard says peaked at No. 50 on the Hot 100.

The one confirmed date is a big one: she tops the bill at Primavera Sound’s 25th edition in Barcelona, June 3 to 5.
