Lil Baby Sets Nov. 6 for ‘Fresh’ and Reunites With Future and Young Thug

Lil Baby’s next album is called Fresh, and he announced it with a whiteboard. On Friday (Oct. 16), the Atlanta rapper posted a whiteboard listing 17 song titles on Instagram, captioned “It’s That Season,” and started a countdown. Per Complex, the release date is Nov. 6.

Zoom in on the carousel and the features appear. “All My Patnas” has Future and Young Thug, “In Your Head” has Rylo Rodriguez, and the rest of the list is solo, which HotNewHipHop says left some fans worried and others excited. Another entry is “Dead Fresh,” the Pharrell-produced single that debuted at Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton show in Paris in June. Watch its video below.

The trio has history. Baby, Future and Thug linked on “Dum, Dumb, and Dumber,” from 2025’s WHAM, which peaked at No. 16 on the Hot 100, Complex notes. Future’s last solo project was The Real Me in July, and Thug has said his next record will be an R&B album.

The stakes are Baby’s own. HotNewHipHop wrote on Oct. 2 that his recent outings “haven’t been as undeniable as they once were,” and that “Dead Fresh” was “a pretty promising turn after a handful of duds.” He hasn’t been idle: the site counts 2026 collaborations with Young Thug, Quavo and Yung Miami, plus a MrBeast remix of “Dead Fresh,” and he’s on Quavo’s QRÖMELIFE with “Ball My Love.” It also noticed that the recent single “Coast 2 Coast,” with Bally Baby and Fatt Smaxk, doesn’t appear to be on the board.

The date had been circulating for two weeks. HotNewHipHop reported that Baby had “reportedly confirmed” a Nov. 6 release before there was a title or a tracklist. Fresh, his fifth studio album, now has both, and it lands Nov. 6.
