Saitama’s second half finally has a date window and a theme song. Bandai Namco Filmworks revealed in a new trailer this weekend that One-Punch Man Season 3 Part 2 debuts in January 2027, and that JAM Project is back on opening duty with “Never Done -SUPREME POWER VS ULTIMATE FEAR-,” Anime News Network reports. Viz Media is streaming an English-subtitled version of the trailer.
The band has history with the show. JAM Project did the first season’s opening, “THE HERO!!,” Hypebeast notes, and for season three’s first cour it teamed with the metal group BABYMETAL on “Get No Satisfied!,” while Makoto Furukawa sang the ending, “Soko ni Aru Akari.” ANN does not name an ending artist for Part 2 yet. There is also a new key visual on the anime’s website.

J.C. Staff, which took over the series from Madhouse for season two, is still animating. Shinpei Nagai directs, Tomohiro Suzuki oversees the scripts, and Makoto Miyazaki returns as composer, with Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda and Ryōsuke Shirakawa on character design. Season three began with a recap special on Oct. 5, 2025.
The trailer picks up the Monster Association Saga, which Hypebeast describes as escalating clashes between the S-Class heroes and the organization’s most dangerous monsters, with a Tatsumaki showdown on the way. Hypebeast adds that a Garou-versus-Saitama confrontation is expected to be the arc’s biggest clash, though it is unconfirmed whether that lands in this batch of episodes. Watch the trailer below.
