Seven of the 10 album of the year nominees are on the first Latin Grammys performer list, alongside Daddy Yankee, the Academy’s Person of the Year. The Latin Recording Academy announced the 14 acts on Tuesday (Oct. 20) for the 27th annual ceremony, set for Thursday, Nov. 12, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Roselyn Sánchez returns as host for the 10th time, Rolling Stone reports.

The roster, per the Academy: Rosalía, Daddy Yankee, Anitta, Juanes, Jorge Drexler, Mon Laferte, Carín León, Kany García, Silvana Estrada, Vivir Quintana, Rawayana, Elena Rose, Xavi and Banda Los Recoditos.

Daddy Yankee performs the night after his own tribute. The Academy will honor him as its 2026 Person of the Year at a private gala in Las Vegas on Nov. 11, where artists and close friends will perform his songs. When the honor was announced in April, he said:

His album LA POSTAL arrives Oct. 30, less than two weeks before the show.

The other album of the year nominees on the bill are Anitta (Equilibrivm), Jorge Drexler (Taracá), Silvana Estrada (Vendrán Suaves Lluvias), Mon Laferte (Femme Fatale), Carín León (Muda) and Rawayana (¿Dónde Es El After?). Juanes and Vivir Quintana are both up for song of the year for “Humano,” and Xavi is nominated for best regional song, with Grupo Frontera, for “No Capea.”

Not on the list yet: the other three album of the year nominees, Karol G, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and Milo J, and Edgar Barrera, who leads the nominations with 10. The Academy calls this its first roster, and the Latin Times says more performers are expected before the show.

The telecast airs live on Univision at 8 p.m. ET/PT, after a one-hour pre-show at 7 p.m. The Latin Grammy Premiere, where most categories are awarded, comes earlier that day, and the Academy says details are coming soon.
