Wu-Tang Clan’s farewell is the longest goodbye in hip-hop. On Monday (March 23), the group announced another 26-city North American leg of Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber, starting Aug. 27 at Darien Lake Amphitheater in Darien Center, N.Y., and ending Oct. 4 at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Billboard reports. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony open most dates.

Pitchfork says the “supposed final tour” has now entered its second year. It began June 6, 2025, in Baltimore, Billboard notes, and has kept all of the surviving members and Young Dirty Bastard on the road since. It followed the Clan’s run as the first hip-hop residency in Las Vegas, per Pitchfork, and the group has just wrapped its European leg.

What the shows are

Billboard describes the format as a catalog tour: Young Dirty Bastard, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s son, joins the surviving members to play highlights including “Bring Da Ruckus,” “Protect Ya Neck,” “Liquid Swords,” “C.R.E.A.M.” and “Triumph.” The first North American run had Run The Jewels as support, HotNewHipHop notes; this time, the Cleveland group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony shares the bill.

The route

The run moves through the Northeast, Midwest, South and West: Atlantic City on Aug. 28, Hartford on Aug. 29, Toronto on Sept. 8, Holmdel, N.J., on Sept. 11, Jones Beach on Sept. 13, Charlotte on Sept. 18, Orlando on Sept. 22, and Las Vegas’s T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 3. Two dates are festival slots: Shaky Knees in Atlanta on Sept. 20 and Aftershock in Sacramento on Oct. 2. Ticketing began with presales on March 24 and a general on-sale March 27, Billboard says.

Why it matters

The group has been using the road to make a case. On past legs of the tour, RZA later told Rolling Stone, they put a QR code on the screen every night to tell fans to vote for the Rock Hall, which added them to its class of 2026 three weeks later. The tour also arrives after a loss: HotNewHipHop notes that Oliver “Power” Grant, an executive producer and the CEO of the group’s Wu Wear clothing line, died Feb. 24 at 52 of pancreatic cancer.

The Clan’s influence stretches well beyond the stage, from a hip-hop float at the Knicks’ parade to a Joe Rogan workout playlist heavy on the group. The tour, meanwhile, shows no sign of ending soon.
